MD, FRCSC CEO & Partner, Kuwait Specialized Eye Center, Kuwait City Khalid Sabti, is a well known Ophthalmologist in Kuwait City. He is the founder of Kuwait Specialized Eye Center, the first and only private Eye Hospital in Kuwait.
